We approached Roy Thomas to be our agent. Roy was a great choice. Our mom was the owner of the house, and Roy took her into consideration at every move. He is an excellent agent to have for a Senior! He explained every step we needed to take and how to approach things we had never dealt with before. He took us through the steps needed to get things ready for the sell.Roy took his time to explain everything to Mom so she was constantly in the loop. If papers needed to be signed he did not hesitate to drop by and get her to sign them with an explanation of what she was signing and why. Roy was always there to answer any questions we had, whether relevant or not. Roy also helped us find our current Home and was always ready to show us new listings, and let us know when something was coming available. It is not easy when a Senior comes to the point where they want to sell their home. It is a big life change for them, but with someone like Roy Thomas it made the transition so much easier!
